Peaceful and Easy, that's the way to be, how best to rid the mind of all the useless painful chatter? ~ I can pull the energy out of thought into the battery-storage of a chakra, use the breath to do this, let the breath permeate the space where the thoughts are, pull the energy out of the thoughts with the breath, then push it into the Ajña chakra, 1st attention to the breath, then direct it, into the thought space using alternate in right nostril, out left, gather the energy of the thoughts, range as deeply and broadly into them as you can, then use your hands and breath to direct the enery into the chakra, play with it, see what you come up with,
